Cancellation, Refund, and Service Refusal Policy

At Lux Auto Care Pro, we strive to provide exceptional service. However, we understand that situations may arise that require cancellations or adjustments. Below are the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and service refusals:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Service Packages: If you wish to cancel a service package or subscription after purchasing, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the service being scheduled. After this time, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the services already rendered.

2. Refund Policy

  • Completed Services: Once a service is completed, no refund will be issued. This includes services such as detailing, maintenance, performance upgrades, and repairs.

  • Uncompleted or Cancelled Services: If a service is canceled before completion or rescheduled, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the service. A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Product Returns: If you purchase a product from Lux Auto Care Pro, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, provided the product is unopened and in original condition. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

  • Service Refund Requests: In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service received, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue. In certain circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Refusal of Service

  • Lux Auto Care Pro reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion, particularly if the customer is abusive, disruptive, or if the vehicle is found to be in an unsafe condition.

  • If we determine that a vehicle cannot be serviced due to safety concerns or other reasons, we will notify you immediately and provide an explanation. No charges will be applied in such cases.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt our operations.
